I am so excited and honored to be a part of your hormone health journey!
I’m Lauren Chambers, a nutrition + hormone health coach, nutrient-dense recipe blogger + creator (of So Fresh N So Green & now HORMONE HEALTHY EATS!) and a girl mom (x3!)
For 15+ years I struggled with symptoms of hormonal imbalance, including heavy, painful + irregular periods, mood swings, anxiety, depression, digestive/gut issues, weight gain, hair loss, acne, insomnia and more.
I honestly thought this was all just a “normal” part of being a woman with a period every month. Little did I know how wrong I was, until I went back to school to study women’s hormone health.
It was there I discovered that while these uncomfortable symptoms are extremely common (with 90% of menstruating women in the US reporting experiencing some sort of period pain or symptom) they are not normal…rather our bodies' way of telling us our hormones are out of balance and need support.
Since that aha moment 8+ years ago, it’s become my mission to help women support their cycles + balance their hormones in order to feel their best and live their most vibrant, symptom-free lives.
